Shop Ice Spa - All You Need to Know

Ice Spa - All You Need to Know

from $3,900.00

These tubs are a high-quality build made from solid Western Red Cedar, by a local Journeyman Carpenter.

2 heavy-duty 3/16 thick stainless-steel bands fastened together with 1/2” stainless-steel ready rod.

Side walls are solid 1-3/4” thick staves. Floor is a solid 1-3/4” thick tongue and groove system.

Eternal Cedar Spas are made from a 100% renewable cedar wood. The wood is harvested using sustainable forestry management.

Each tub comes with an exterior accessible drain, compatible with a garden hose to run drain water away from your deck or patio. Each tub comes with a secondary drain under the bench seating in the floor to finish draining the bottom few inches of water.

The cool part about these ice baths is they are upgradeable down the road if you’d like to turn them into the wood heated stove system hot tub.

The optimal temperature for an ice plunge is between 50-59° Fahrenheit. This makes needing those pricy cooling systems irrelevant for most of the year in our Canadian climate as our water right from the hose hits this mark. For warmer months of the year, making or buying ice in bulk ends up being a more affordable, less noisy option than running a cooling system year-round. And speaking from experience, adding ice through the months of October-June is only for the extremists. So, it’s as easy as fill and plunge!
